Registration

A registration form must be submitted by those walking a dog in the parade. Due to the large number who participate, the online pre-registration is strongly preferred.

Entry Details

For your safety, and the safety of all participants, dogs, volunteers and spectators, we ask that you abide by the following rules:
  • Have proper bags to clean up after your dog
  • Keep dogs on a leash at all times while walking in the parade
  • No female dogs in any stage of heat
  • Only safe and comfortable costumes please
The first 200 dogs will receive a Doggie Treat Bag at the Bark BQ at Cameron's Inn Outback following the parade

How to Register

There are 3 easy ways to register for Pooches On Parade:
  1. Pre-register for free using the online form below (preferred!)
  2. Pre-register for free at the Yappy Hour on Saturday, June 30, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at Pasta Moon Creekside Gardens, 315 Main St., Half Moon Bay. 
  3. Register on the day of the parade in front of the HMB Library, 620 Correas Ave (Church and Purissima) on July 4th from 10:45 - 11:45am. Please note: There will be a $10.00 charge to register the morning of the event.

By submitting this form you acknowledge that you have read, and that you understand, the rules and requirements above and that you assume all risks and responsibility. Further, you hereby release and hold harmless the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay, Cameron's Pub and the Ol' Fashion 4th of July Committee of Half Moon Bay from any liability, damage or injury resulting from participation of the attached entry in this event. You also grant full permission for Rotary to use photographs and quotations of you and/or your dog, for publicity or promotional purposes without liability or obligation to you.
